In order to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of Turkish industry, to produce high value-added and advanced technology products, to transform the industrial structure with qualified labor force, through improving vocational education, T.R. Ministry of Industry and Technology has determined the theme of “Vocational and Technical Education” with the motto “My Future, My Profession”.

Within the scope of “Vocational and Technical Education” themed activities, “Professional Development Awareness Parent Information Conference”  was held for parents of 8 grade students in cooperation with Osmaniye Provincial Directorate of National Education. Conference was held at 8 January 2020 at Osmaniye Teacher's House training hall. While the conference the parents were informed about the topics “to be a parent to a young person who is making a decision about occupation; the effect of interest, value and skill in career decision; what is profession-work-career?; our words and their effects”
