Hatay province is in third place in carrot production of Turkey. Kırıkhan district realizes more than 80% of the carrot production of Hatay province. In this context, “Kırıkhan Carrot Sectoral Report” prepared by DOĞAKA has been published in order to understand the place of carrot sector in Kırıkhan and to shed light on the activities that will contribute to the development of the province and the region in the future by revealing the developable and convertible aspects of the sector.
